In Flow with Lindsey

I teach therapeutic yoga privates, mentor new yoga teachers, and lead workshops and women’s circles around the world.

We’re all just walking each other home

Here’s how we can walk together:

  • Private Yoga

I offer therapeutic private yoga to help you find more ease in your body and mind. In a one-on-one setting, you’ll learn to breathe more fully, move more freely, and build a yoga practice that supports your daily life.

Each session is tailored to you—your body, your energy, your goals, and your season of life. My students range from young adults to individuals in their 90s, from complete beginners to longtime practitioners.

My students have shared that this work has helped them move through their days with greater peace, strength, and presence. Some have been able to play with their grandchildren more freely and dance more often, while others have built strength, flexibility, and mobility to better support the demands of their jobs, passions, and active lifestyles. All have learned tools through meditation and breathwork to navigate stress with more calm and clarity, becoming more grounded, patient, and less reactive in their relationships, families, and everyday lives.

I teach yoga that is both liberating and joyful. There is no flexibility, or prior experience required. Just a willingness to start where you are, and evolve from there.

A cozy bohemian decor corner with a beige round cushion on a woven circular rug, a wooden shelf with a Buddha statue, Himalayan salt lamp, and a pink salt stone. A wall tapestry with intricate mandala design and a hanging potted plant in a macrame hanger are present. Light pink curtains cover the window, allowing natural light to brighten the space.
  • Mentorship for Yoga Teachers

You’ve completed your 200-hour teacher training, and you’re likely wondering… now what? If you’re anything like I was, you’re hungry for more—but also standing in that in-between space between uncertainty and possibility. This is where one-on-one mentorship comes in: to bridge the gap from fearful new teacher to stepping fully into your voice, your skill, and your potential.

This mentorship is for teachers who are ready to grow. your signature offerings, your community, your yoga education, your inspiration, and your own embodied practice (on + off the mat).

We work hand in hand to build the real-world skills and leadership needed to teach with confidence and depth. You’ll refine how you sequence and cue, how you hold the room, and how you create classes students genuinely want to return to. You’ll deepen your practice, expand your teaching opportunities, and begin shaping a path that feels both sustainable and uniquely yours.

This is more than technique. It’s a grounded, deep dive into becoming a yoga educator—rooted in presence, authenticity, and integrity. You’ll distill your teaching into something clear, confident, and unmistakably your own, so you can lead offerings that feel aligned, magnetic, and alive, and build a body of work that genuinely reflects who you are.

The most impactful teachers aren’t the ones who know everything—they’re the ones who stay curious, committed, and devoted to continually refining their craft.

  • Mentorship for Yoga Practitioners

Do you love yoga and want to understand what it really means to live it off the mat?

This mentorship is an invitation into the deeper ecosystem of yoga. While most people come to know yoga as movement, that is only one thread of a much older and more expansive tapestry.

At its roots, yoga was not a group fitness class. It was a close, one-on-one relationship between teacher and student, where the practice was shared directly and shaped to the individual.

Traditionally, yoga was passed down from teacher to student in a deeply personal, one-on-one setting. Each student was guided according to their unique patterns, needs, and stage of life, with the practice shared directly and shaped to the individual rather than taught as a one-size-fits-all system.

It was never about performance or perfect shapes, but about inner transformation, self-inquiry, and liberation.

Yoga is a path of self-understanding built on meditation, breath, ethical living, and self-study. Asana existed, but in service of something quieter and more essential: preparing the body and mind for deeper awareness and stillness.

Together, we bring that essence into a modern context.

Beyond movement on the mat, this is for those who see life itself as practice. If you’re seeking a teacher who weaves ancient philosophy with modern understanding, you’re in the right place.

This is not about doing more yoga, but about living it as a framework for growth, structure, and inner expansion. True yoga doesn’t begin and end when you roll out your mat—it actively shapes how you think, love, lead, and live.

Kind Words

  • Stephanie S.

Lindsey, your offering was beautiful in every way. Thank you for holding space for us to be vulnerable. I felt so comfortable sharing, which most of the time I don’t. It just felt so natural to do so.  I loved hearing everyone’s stories and being able to relate and not feel alone in this experience. I hope you continue hosting women’s healing circles because I think everyone needs an opportunity like this. You truly have a gift and I’m thankful I met you. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Lindsey is so passionate and informed, she doesn’t just show up to teach a class - she is an educator. She has given me the strength and confidence within myself to step up for my practice. If you’re looking for powerful, meaningful offerings led by someone who is truly making a difference - you’ve found them with Lindsey.

  • Jen O.

You are a true earth angel! I just wanted to take a moment to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your classes have become a sacred space for me—a place where I’ve been able to reconnect with my mind, body, soul, and inner strength in ways I have been craving.

    Lindsey, you are a healer.

Through your guidance, both in movement and in words, I’ve begun to feel strong again. Not just emotionally and spiritually, but physically. Each class is helping me sculpt the woman I want to become—strong, present, and whole.

Your words completely shift my mindset and remind me that I am already whole underneath the layers, and that returning to myself is the true practice. Thank you for holding space for that transformation. I’m so grateful for you and for this journey.

I swear you will be the reason I come back to my body.

Lindsey is a master at her craft. It was a pleasure to share my story with her and see her work her magic. I would profusely recommend other clients work with Lindsey. She has a heart of gold, and a genuine desire to help and better the lives of others.

I first took Lindsey’s class after feeling so connected to her as a TA in my own Yoga Teacher Training. Her class immediately evokes feelings of soulful reverence with her intricate opening dharma talks. Lindsey masterfully creates a space where we, the students, can practice and become full with our own strength and love. Lindsey is an eloquent and empathetic teacher and mentor, and a wonderful guide in our yoga practice.

  • Alisa B.

Lindsey, your gift is that you see people. You look at people and you see them for exactly who they really are.

  • Sarah Z.

Your classes are like poetry - they truly tell a story.

The women’s circle was such a beautiful and special event. It was an intimate experience celebrating womanhood and being able to share thoughts and feelings without fear of being judged. Lindsey makes everyone feel seen, heard, and respected. I highly encourage every woman to come to these events at least once. They are so good for the soul.

My work is deeply shaped by my own lived experiences, and I bring my whole heart into everything I do. I’m passionate about helping people come home to themselves, and I believe in an integrative, holistic approach to healing and growth, one where every person is welcomed in their full humanity, again and again.

Whether through movement, mentorship, conversation, or community, I aim to create spaces that help people reconnect with themselves, each other, and the world that holds us all.
