In Flow with Lindsey

I teach therapeutic private yoga, mentor yoga teachers and devoted students, and lead workshops and immersions around the world.

  • Private Yoga

I offer therapeutic private yoga to help you find greater ease in your body and mind. In one-on-one sessions, you’ll learn to breathe more fully, move more freely, and develop a practice that supports your real life.

Each session is tailored to you—your body, your energy, your goals, and your season of life. My students range from complete beginners to lifelong practitioners, from young adults to individuals in their 90s.

This work supports people in living with more presence, strength, and ease. Some find themselves moving through daily life with less pain and more freedom—playing with grandchildren, dancing again, or returning to activities they love. Others build resilience, mobility, and strength to meet the demands of active lives and meaningful work. Across all ages and experiences, students gain practical tools in breath and meditation to navigate stress with more calm, clarity, and steadiness in their relationships and daily rhythms.

This is yoga that is both liberating and joyful. No flexibility or prior experience is required, just a willingness to begin where you are.

A cozy bohemian decor corner with a beige round cushion on a woven circular rug, a wooden shelf with a Buddha statue, Himalayan salt lamp, and a pink salt stone. A wall tapestry with intricate mandala design and a hanging potted plant in a macrame hanger are present. Light pink curtains cover the window, allowing natural light to brighten the space.
  • Teacher Mentorship

You’ve completed your 200-hour teacher training, and you know you want more. You’re ready for a deeper dive, because your training only skimmed the surface. This is where one-on-one mentorship comes in: to bridge the gap between training and fully stepping into your voice, skill, and confidence as a teacher.

This mentorship is for yoga teachers ready to grow, including your offerings, presence, sequencing, language, connection to community, and your embodied practice on and off the mat.

Together, we build the real-world skills needed to teach with confidence and depth. You’ll refine how you lead your students, how you hold space, and how you create classes students want to return to. Along the way, you’ll deepen your practice, expand your teaching opportunities, and shape a path that feels sustainable and uniquely yours.

This is more than technique. It is a grounded deep dive into becoming a yoga educator rooted in presence, authenticity, and integrity. You’ll distill your teaching into something clear and unmistakably your own, so you can lead offerings that feel aligned, alive, and true to who you are.

The most impactful teachers are not the ones who know everything. They are the ones who stay curious, committed, and devoted to refining their craft.

  • Yoga & Self-Inquiry Mentorship

Do you feel called to explore yoga more deeply, not to teach it, but to use it as a tool for self-understanding, emotional awareness, and personal transformation?

This mentorship offers a one-on-one space to work with yoga as a framework for inner life. Not just movement on the mat, but a way of understanding your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and nervous system so you can move through life with more clarity and steadiness.

Traditionally, yoga was passed down individually from teacher to student, with each person guided in a way that honored their lived experience and inner world. We work in this same spirit of personalized study and reflection.

Together, we use the tools of yoga, including breathwork, meditation, ethical principles, and self-inquiry, to support emotional awareness, regulation, and deeper insight into how you relate to yourself and others. This becomes a process of noticing patterns, understanding reactions, and building more intentional ways of responding to life.

This is not about doing more yoga classes, but about using yoga as a structure for inner development and a more grounded way of living. As your inner world becomes more aware and regulated, your relationships, choices, and daily experience naturally begin to shift.

A true practice does not begin and end on the mat. It shapes how you think, relate, communicate, and move through the world.

  • Collaborations

I offer signature trainings, immersions, workshops, and classes at studios and retreat spaces around the world.

Rooted in yoga philosophy and embodied movement, my offerings are designed to extend beyond the mat. Each space invites grounding and expansion, supporting students and teachers in deeper presence, reflection, and connection through practice.

My teaching weaves philosophy, storytelling, and intelligently sequenced movement into accessible, embodied practice. Movement becomes inquiry, and practice becomes a way of seeing, feeling, and understanding more deeply.

I am known for building connected, big-hearted communities wherever I teach, bringing a grounded, approachable presence that supports meaningful, lasting impact on and off the mat.

Kind Words

  • Stephanie S.

Lindsey, your offering was beautiful in every way. Thank you for holding space for us to be vulnerable. I felt so comfortable sharing, which most of the time I don’t. It just felt so natural to do so.  I loved hearing everyone’s stories and being able to relate and not feel alone in this experience. I hope you continue hosting women’s healing circles because I think everyone needs an opportunity like this. You truly have a gift and I’m thankful I met you. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Lindsey is so passionate and informed, she doesn’t just show up to teach a class - she is an educator. She has given me the strength and confidence within myself to step up for my practice. If you’re looking for powerful, meaningful offerings led by someone who is truly making a difference - you’ve found them with Lindsey.

You are a true earth angel! I just wanted to take a moment to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your classes have become a sacred space for me—a place where I’ve been able to reconnect with my mind, body, soul, and inner strength in ways I have been craving.

    Lindsey, you are a healer.

Through your guidance, both in movement and in words, I’ve begun to feel strong again. Not just emotionally and spiritually, but physically. Each class is helping me sculpt the woman I want to become—strong, present, and whole.

Your words completely shift my mindset and remind me that I am already whole underneath the layers, and that returning to myself is the true practice. Thank you for holding space for that transformation. I’m so grateful for you and for this journey.

I swear you will be the reason I come back to my body.

Lindsey is a master at her craft. It was a pleasure to share my story with her and see her work her magic. I would profusely recommend other clients work with Lindsey. She has a heart of gold, and a genuine desire to help and better the lives of others.

  • Fatima R.

I first took Lindsey’s class after feeling so connected to her as a TA in my own Yoga Teacher Training. Her class immediately evokes feelings of soulful reverence with her intricate opening dharma talks. Lindsey masterfully creates a space where we, the students, can practice and become full with our own strength and love. Lindsey is an eloquent and empathetic teacher and mentor, and a wonderful guide in our yoga practice.

  • Alisa B.

Lindsey, your gift is that you see people. You look at people and you see them for exactly who they really are.

  • Sarah Z.

Your classes are like poetry - they truly tell a story.

The women’s circle was such a beautiful and special event. It was an intimate experience celebrating womanhood and being able to share thoughts and feelings without fear of being judged. Lindsey makes everyone feel seen, heard, and respected. I highly encourage every woman to come to these events at least once. They are so good for the soul.
