Everybody comes to the mat for a different reason. Whether you’ve come to yoga to improve your mobility and increase flexibility, alleviate stress and anxiety, bring balance, calm, and ease into your daily life, build strength and resilience, integrate mindfulness and presence, or cultivate deep self-compassion - I am here to guide and support you every step of the way. From therapeutic yin and restorative yoga to powerful vinyasa flows, sound healing and guided meditations — I work with clients from all walks of life to build nourishing, transformational, and ever-evolving yoga and movement practices.

As a practitioner of over 12 years, I’ve led yoga teacher trainings, hosted women’s retreats, organized wellness initiatives and workshops for local communities, and taught countless group and private classes. I’ve also proudly spearheaded curriculum development for yoga and mindfulness programs in schools, hospitality groups, non-profits, and corporate organizations.

Private sessions are custom-tailored to meet you right where you are; addressing your needs, exceeding your goals, and supporting your physical and emotional health well into the future. Couples and group privates are also available.

I am honored to teach brand new beginners and lifelong students from ages 12 to 102 to not just practice, but truly live their yoga well after they’ve rolled up their mats.
