About The Practice

Drawing from Hatha, Vinyasa, Katonah, Restorative, Yin, and Power yoga frameworks, I guide you through movement, breath, meditation, and philosophy. This work invites a holistic exploration of all eight limbs of yoga in meaningful, embodied practice. My approach works gently with your nervous system, supporting healing and fostering a deeper, more harmonious connection with your mind, body, and soul.

You can come exactly as you are. No experience needed, no flexibility required, only a willingness to show up and grow. Whether this is your first step onto the mat or you’re deepening a lifelong practice, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way. Private and group sessions are available.
