About The Practice
Drawing from Vinyasa, Hatha, Katonah, Restorative, Yin, and Power yoga, I guide you through movement, breath, meditation, and philosophy, inviting you to explore all eight limbs of yoga in their fullest depth. My approach works gently with your nervous system, supporting healing and fostering a deeper, more harmonious connection with your mind, body, and soul.
Come exactly as you are—no experience needed, no flexibility required, only a willingness to show up and grow. Whether this is your first step onto the mat or you’re deepening a lifelong practice, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way. Private and group sessions are available.
